AFTERCARE INSTRUCTION



HOW DO I REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT?
To book an appointment with Anastasia, please fill out the online consultation form. A nonrefundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure the appointment.

THE SUBMIT BUTTON ISN’T WORKING – WHAT SHOULD I DO?If the Submit button isn’t working, please check the following:
  • Ensure all required fields in the form have been filled out.
  • Make sure your internet connection is stable.
  • Confirm that you’re using the latest version of your browser and operating system.

If the issue persists, try submitting the form using a different browser or device.

HOW DO I SEND MY DEPOSIT? Once your appointment has been approved, you will receive information on how to send your deposit. 

WHEN IS THE DEPOSIT DUE?The deposit is due at the time of booking. Without a deposit, Anastasia cannot guarantee your appointment slot.

DOES THE DEPOSIT COUNT TOWARD THE TATTOO COST?Yes, the nonrefundable deposit will be applied to the total cost of the tattoo. This applies to your final session as long as no appointments are missed, canceled, or rescheduled with short notice.

ARE DEPOSITS REFUNDABLE?Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. However, the deposit will still count toward the total tattoo cost if:
  • No appointments are missed or canceled.
  • Any rescheduling is done at least 72 hours in advance.

If an appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice, the deposit will be forfeited. Anastasia values her clients’ time and kindly requests the same in return.

CAN I RESCHEDULE IF SOMETHING COMES UP?Yes, appointments can be rescheduled if Anastasia is notified at least 72 hours before the appointment time. Clients are allowed up to two rescheduling requests without needing an additional deposit.

Further rescheduling requests will require approval from Anastasia and may require a new deposit. Please note that rates may change if appointments are rescheduled multiple times or postponed for more than a year from the original booking date.

CAN I TRANSFER MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE?Appointments and deposits are strictly nontransferable. All new projects must be approved by Anastasia, and new clients are required to fill out their own consultation forms.
If you are unable to attend your appointment and would like to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible to discuss your options.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT THE DESIGN?Each appointment and deposit are specific to the tattoo design that was agreed upon at the time of booking. If you decide to pursue a completely different design, the new project will need to be approved by Anastasia.

Please note:
  • If the new project is not approved, the deposit may be forfeited.
  • Anastasia prepares materials and allocates time specifically for your original design, so it’s important to notify her of any changes well in advance—not on the day of your appointment.

If you’re considering a new concept, contact Anastasia as soon as possible to discuss whether the new idea would be a good fit for her style and availability.

HOW MUCH DOES A TATTOO COST?Tattoo pricing depends on several factors, including size, detail, placement, and the number of sessions required. For a more accurate estimate, clients are encouraged to submit an inquiry through the consultation form.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A RESPONSE?Due to the high volume of inquiries and the time it takes to thoroughly review and respond to each one, we are unable to reply to every submission. Anastasia is currently only responding to serious inquiries for projects that align with her style and expertise.

If your project is selected, you can expect a response within 1-4 weeks. If you do not receive a response within this time frame, your project was not selected, but we sincerely appreciate your interest. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly on the consultation form, as we will not be able to contact you otherwise.

CAN I COME IN FOR A CONSULTATION?The first consultation is free for approved appointments and will be scheduled after the initial online consultation via email. The online consultation helps ensure that all details are clear and organized, keeping everything in writing.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT? BRING ANYTHING? ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?Please check out the Appointment Prep page for more information.

DO I HAVE TO TIP THE ARTIST? HOW MUCH DO PEOPLE USUALLY TIP?Tipping is optional but always appreciated. If you are unsure how much to tip, 10-20% is typically standard for a personal service, but it can be whatever you feel comfortable with.
